The "Running Feldera from sources" section referred to contributor's guide
for the list of dependencies; however that list contains extra
dependencies like Redpanda, earthly, and Python, which are only needed
by developers.  I replaced it with a shorter list of dependencies
required to run the manager from the source tree.
